Shipping Terms
All orders will be shipped within 5-10 business days.
Packaging
I ship all my paintings and prints in bubble mailers with an illustration board inside (except the big scale paintings that I ship in a shipping tube). Each order is handled with great care and I make the utmost effort so your artwork is safe.
colors
Please keep in mind that the colors of the artworks might differ from those onscreen. I try to capture the real colors as much as I can but any monitor is calibrated differently.
Materials
I use light-fast materials and acid-free papers.
Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Valeria Ganzman. You may not rework or reproduce the artwork unless written permission from Valeria Ganzman is provided.
All rights to the artwork is owned by Valeria Ganzman, including the right to make reproductions.
Damage
If the product is lost or received damaged, you should immediately report this to me. Shipping is insured.
Tax
Valeria Ganzman is not responsible for any extra taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.
